Student Support

As a student, you will be personally supported, coached and mentored throughout the three-year training program by an allocated tutor. AIFC Centre Directors are also available. In addition to this, you are encouraged to discuss problems during the seminars with your , teachers, visiting teachers and other AIFC staff.
Between seminars, you can discuss issues relating to the course with your tutor, centre director or the AIFC National Office in person by telephone, fax or email.
Year 2 Advanced Diploma students and Year 3 students can, in addition, discuss problems with their supervisor during counselling supervision.
You are encouraged to openly share with your tutor any problems you may be having with your assignments, issues that may be arising from the teaching, finances, or personal problems relating to the course.
If you are having personal problems not related to the course you should seek help through your local church or a professional counsellor. You are also strongly encouraged to seek personal counselling by a professional counsellor during the course when necessary.
