Diploma of Counselling
CHC51015 Diploma of Counselling
aifc’s CHC51015 Diploma of Counselling is the industry standard, nationally accredited Diploma that equips you with the basic knowledge and people helping skills required in professional counselling.
This qualification reflects the role of those who work with clients on personal and psychological issues using established counselling modalities. They use communication, micro-counselling and interviewing skills and draw on varied counselling therapies to assist clients. At this level, the graduate will be working in defined and supported roles in established agencies rather than in independent practice.
