Step 1: Please read the following information before proceeding with your enrolment:

 

If you are a new student

You are considered to be a new student if you are undertaking a new course with aifc, even if you have completed a course with us before

Please note: A non-refundable $100 Services and Amenities Fee applies to all new course enrolments.  Once enrolment has been approved, an email with payment options will be provided. This fee needs to be paid before you can start your course.

I plan to apply for a VET Student Loan

Have the following documents ready before proceeding:

  • Proof of Australian Citizenship– this could be a CERTIFIED copy of an Australian passport, birth certificate or citizenship certificate
  • Academic Documents – A copy of your Year 12 certificate or an Australian Certificate IV or above. Important: If you cannot provide us with any of these academic documents, and as per Government requirements for VET Student Loan eligibility, you will be required to complete the Acer Language, Literacy and Numeracy Core Skills test.   • Passport style photo for your Student ID– this can be a selfie, NOT a group photo, face on from the shoulders up, colour, clear, no obstructions such as hats, inappropriate backgrounds, etc.
  • USI– It is an Australian government requirement that every domestic student needs a Unique Student Identifier to obtain their qualification from their RTO. The number gives you access to an online USI account, keeping track of all your training records in one location. For more information or to apply, visit: https://www.usi.gov.au/.
I plan to be fully self-funded

If you are a returning student

You are considered a Returning student if you are returning to a prior, but incomplete course with aifc after a study break.

I plan to reactivate or apply for a VET Student Loan:

You may be asked to submit any of the following documents

  • Proof of Citizenship –  this could be a CERTIFIED copy of an Australian passport, birth certificate or citizenship certificate  
  • Passport style photo for your Student ID – this can be a selfie, NOT a group photo, face on from the shoulders up, colour, clear, no obstructions such as hats, inappropriate backgrounds, etc.
