Course Fees

Course Fees

We are one of the most affordable counselling and training organisations in the country.

As an aifc student, you can choose to pay your tuition fees self-funded or utilise VET Student Loans.
Invoices are issued quarterly, and fees are charged only for the units in which you are enrolled for that term.

Students in nationally accredited courses are provided with a cooling-off period from the time of enrolment until the first census date. This is the period during which you can withdraw from your course without incurring tuition fees.

Our course fees are detailed on each individual course page. Please use the course links below for more information.

Self-Funded Course Fees
Self-funded students are invoiced each term for the units that they are studying in that respective term. To comply with the regulations outlined in the Australian Skills Quality Authority, any prepaid aifc invoices sent to students will be of a maximum of $1500.00.

Certificate IV and Diploma students will be invoiced for their first two units two weeks before census date. Payment is due on the census date. After this, approximately four weeks prior to the end of the term, students will receive the second invoice for the remaining term units, which is due in the second last week of the term. This pattern continues each term throughout the students study period with aifc.

Advanced Diploma and Graduate Diploma students will be invoiced for one unit, two weeks before census date. Payment is due on census date. The second invoice is for the remaining units, which will be invoiced approximately four weeks before the last day of term and is due in the second last week of the term. This pattern continues each term throughout the students study period with aifc.

Invoices must be paid by the due date as reflected on the invoices. If you need to ask for a payment plan or a small extension then please contact the National Office via email on studentinvoices@aifc.com.au or
phone to speak to the Financial Controller.

Payment Methods

Self-funded students may pay by credit card or direct debit using the details provided on their invoice.
All payments must be received by the due date unless a payment plan has been formally approved.

VET Student Loans

Eligible students may apply for a VET Student Loan to assist with tuition fees.
Students must meet all eligibility and academic suitability requirements under the VET Student Loans Act 2016.
Loans are only available for approved courses and tuition fees, and do not cover non-tuition or incidental costs.
Census dates apply to each term, and any tuition fees incurred will become a student loan debt with the Australian Government.
