Please join aifc in prayers for the family of Imogen Petrak, a former aifc student from the Gold Coast who tragically lost her life after she was admitted to hospital for symptoms of an ear infection, now believed to be a rare form of meningitis – bacterial meningococcal. Imogen had undergone an emergency C-section giving birth to baby Eleanor at 36 weeks into her pregnancy. The infection traveled to her brain causing swelling and irreversible brain damage.
